Sadegh Rahrovani holds his PhD, with focus on Bayesian approaches for data-driven model inference and probabilistic system identification, with application to railway mechanics. Another main focus of his research was on development of statistical tools for failure analysis and risk-informed inspection planning, in railway infrastructures.
His Master in vibration & control engineering, was about condition health monitoring and fault diagnostics in structural systems.
Having four years of industrial experience, since 2017 Sadegh has been responsible for development of Machine Learning tools and statistical techniques for chassis monitoring & maintenance solutions, and also, for verification/validation of Autonomous Drive cars, in Volvo Cars Group.
